I decided I wanted to become a yoga teacher when I got severely injured through dancing full time, and turned to yoga for rehabilitation. Yoga has helped me gain strength and slowly heal my injury, whilst also helping me discover its benefits for the mind and soul.

My favourite style of yoga is vinyasa flow and power yoga. I teach energizing and slow flows that allow you to gain strength, flexibility, balance, and stay grounded mentally. I am passionate about healthy yoga, healthy alignment, and ensuring your body feels the best. I provide a modern twist to traditional yoga, still incorporating traditional values, whilst using powerful playlists with modern music to raise your internal vibrations.
