After moving to London at 18 and working long hours in events, I used Yoga to balance the frantic pace of city life.  

My mat is where I found peace, where I could fully connect with myself and be in the moment and where I found balance.  

I have practiced yoga for many years covering everything from Rocket to Yin Yoga. I am fully trained in Ashtanga Yoga after completing my 200hr YTT at Sampoorna Yoga School in Goa.

My Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa classes are not just a workout, but also a work in a place to reconnect with yourself and be fully present. I like to help my students find that perfect balance between effort and surrender, a profound lesson to learn both on and off the mat.  

We will focus on connecting your breath to the movement which leads to a deeper awareness of the inner spaces of the body and help keep a mindful practice throughout.  

My flows are dynamic and strong and incorporate many postures from the Ashtanga primary series. This class is for everyone as modifications can be made throughout.  

I like to focus more on what it feels like rather than how text books say it should be, to help you get the best out of your practice.  

I teach from the heart and really like to connect with my students.
