vinyasa slow flow

I originally found yoga whilst struggling with my mental health at university; I discovered how everything could change through simply getting out of the mind and into the body. During this challenging time, the practice and its spiritual philosophy brought me great healing and a sense of reconnection and I continue to honour this side of the practice with enormous gratitude in my teaching.

I love to guide Vinyasa and Embodied Flows, as well as meditation and deeply restful Yin Yoga classes. I am particularly passionate about using yoga to build self-compassion and a more compassionate earth, and I teach with warmth and a deep respect for this sacred practice that has brought me so much healing, joy and peace. I feel so grateful to be sharing this with others.
