I am a performed, writer and yoga teacher of Mexican and British heritage. I first started practicing yoga in 2009 whilst at university, finding it an amazing way to connect body, mind and spirit. In 2019, i decided to undertake my 200 hour training and have been teaching since 2020 online, in London studios, business and charities. I am passionate about helping students nurture themselves through movement, and love exploring the holistic and philosophical aspects of the practice during class. I have completed further training in Yin, Mandala, Pregnancy and Kids yoga. When I am not on the mat i continue to work as a writer-performer. I am currently developing my own creativity through mindfulness and yoga workshops.
My classes are joyful a mix of playful and calming, with a focus on regulating the nervous system. my students will feel good about themselves and their practice. I will always offer lots of options and modifications, leaving space for exploration and rest.
