As a yoga teacher and movement enthusiast, I'm deeply committed to creating a space where students can explore their practice with confidence and joy. My classes are a blend of dynamic vinyasa flow, core work, and guided meditation using vivid imagery to enhance the mind-body connection. I believe that mindful movement is a powerful tool for self-discovery and well-being, and I'm here to support you on your journey.
My teaching is informed by years of experience as a contemporary dance teacher and a deep understanding of anatomy and alignment (BSc Dance Science, MA Dance). Completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali was a transformative experience that solidified my passion for sharing the gifts of yoga. I also work as a PT, further enriching my ability to help you move with strength and ease.
