I fell in love with yoga 16 years ago when I was living in London, working in PR and squeezing in sweaty Bikram sessions on her lunch breaks. I found that regular practice gave me focus; and quickly became hooked on the way the breathing slowed my senses and the poses seeped strength into my bones.
Over the years, yoga weaved its way into my soul; and I started to seek out new teachers and styles – from flowing vinyasa to the stillness of yin. Eventually I found myself signing up to study Frog Lotus Vinyasa under teacher Vidya Heisel in Suryalila in Spain; and was inspired to bring that practice back to Portsmouth. I currently teach at a number of studios in Southsea, leading all-level flow classes structured around pranayama, long luxurious warm ups and vinyasa sequences designed to deliver longevity.
