My journey in yoga began five years ago with a simple intention to enhance my flexibility and have fun trying something new. I soon realised how profoundly this practice would impact not just my physical being, but also my mind and soul. Through yoga, I have discovered invaluable life lessons that extend beyond the mat. I earned my yoga teacher qualification from The House of OM in the spiritually vibrant setting of Ubud, Bali. This transformative experience deepened my appreciation for the holistic benefits of yoga, solidifying my commitment to share this practice with others.

In my classes, I guide you through a dynamic Vinyasa flow, creating harmony between movement and breath. We build toward inspiring peak poses, cultivating strength and flexibility, while simultaneously encouraging moments of stillness. Together, we explore the profound connection between breath and movement — a key to unlocking deeper poses and a deeper connection with ourselves. My teaching approach emphasises that yoga transcends the postures we practice during class. I am eager to equip you with tools that extend the benefits of yoga into your daily life, inspiring personal growth and mindful living.
